Who do you think is this summer's best signing so far? Approaching the halfway point of the summer transfer window, around £1bn has already been spent so far by Premier League clubs. Could this summer see Premier League clubs break the current record of £1.615bn from last summer's window? Romelu Lukaku's £90m move to Manchester United remains the most expensive transfer this summer across all leagues, however with the recent speculation surrounding Monaco's Kylian Mbappe and Barcelona star Neymar it seems this won't stand for long.
